QUID · PRO · CODE is a registered UK company set up by its founder, Gavin Wood, for the development of challenging software. We conduct both internal and external (contracted) projects. Through we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of experience, our key areas of expertise are:

We have designed and are implementing Martta, an open-source C++-based language workbench: visit the Martta project website for more information.
It is hoped that Martta will eventually contribute to a second private internal project; for this we will be investigating several areas of world modeling infrastructure, including:
- Reconfigurable massively dynamic-level-of-detail meshes together with realtime landscape-synthesis.
- Agent-based macro-economy simulation, modeling how real-world changes can effect the dynamics of a market.
- Extensible AI architectures, with genetic algorithms and personality simulations.
- Pure-plugin architectures with hotplug functionality and implicit serialisation.
- Reconfigurable hierarchical network structures, with distance-clustering and how they can help massive distribution.
- AJAX-style asynchronous interfaces and remote calls for simultaneous, distributed I/O of a single object instance.
